Create a Contact of type 'Billing' for each person (email address) you want to receive client invoices, as Licensecart mentioned. Go to [settings] -> [system] -> [staff] -> [staff Groups] -> (Edit your staff group). Make sure all of the checkboxes under "Email BCC Notices" are checked. If not, check them and save. Then go to [My Info] -> [Notices] and check all of the email templates you wish to be BCC'd on.

In QA, likely release in the morning if all checks out.

The log table doesn't say much without clicking on the rows to view the Input/Output. Compare two records of logs you think are identical and find the difference between them. My thoughts are duplicate payments are being made, or PayPal is responding more than once about the payment.

From module i am adding a domain. When adding i check weather the domain already exist or not $details = $this->Services-> searchServiceFields($module_id, "serv_options1", $domain); if($add) { $rules['serv_opt1']['unique'] = array( 'rule' => empty($details) ? true:false , 'message' => "Domain " . $domain . " already exist" ); } I don't want the above rule if the status is changing, so need a way to know that fresh creation of service or status change is going on.

Oh well I've only integrated it to Blesta for free I've tagged them in every one so they can bring me up on it. But I'm not making or changing anything.

Yes, or by creating another account for that client for the purposes of manual invoices that should not be auto debited. I would like to add a method by which a specific invoice can be made exempt for auto debit. This option could be selected during invoice creation or edit and would prevent auto debit from running against it. If this sounds good, please start a feature request thread so we can get some feedback from the community and plan the feature.

Why don't you tweak the settings to fit your needs? Settings > Billing/Payment > Invoice and Charge Options. - Here you can uncheck "Invoice Suspended Services" if you don't want them to be billed. Settings > Billing/Payment > Payment Due Notices - Here you can disable the first, second, third, or all payment notices and change when they are sent. If you have a lot of customers with suspended services, you could cancel those services, void any invoices, and clear them out. Under Billing > Services, sort by Suspended to identify who these people are. Some companies want to bug their customers who don't pay. I wouldn't call that spam.
