Last time we tested this, it was a disaster. We may very well need to revisit this in the near future.

You may want to create a feature request for the "PDF Receipt" after payment. As for the OP's feature request to attach the invoice PDF to the notice emails, I think that would be a fairly simple addition.

In reference to http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/2820-email-notices/?p=20152 I'd like to see a feature that includes the PDF invoices as attachments in all email (past due) notices. This is referencing the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Invoice Notice emails. I see how I can add the total due, but I'd like to actually attach the invoices to the emails. This way, the client has zero excuse or confusion about what is due now.

this issue is already solved in the new release of TCPDF versions, i have tested in previos time and it worked .

I've been a user of multiple billing systems to date, and they have all had good things, and bad things. Blesta is my favorite system so far, however, as with every other system that I've used, I've noticed some areas for improvement. I would make these avaliable as a plugin myself, however, I do not have the knowledge at the moment to make this happen.. Improve the support system: support Rich Text (or html) in tickets, and implement a WYSIWYG Editor for commenting on tickets on both the client end and the admin side. Add the features of Support Manager Pro into the core of belsta; This would certainly attract more customers and seal the deal for them to use blesta. I unfortunately had a couple more things, but cannot think of them at the moment, the first bullet is the biggest thing that i'd like to see added. I'll try and update this if anyone mentions anything else, or if I think of any of those other features.

tinymce is a good WYSIWYG i use it in all my project and is sufficient for all the needs and i think is better than chkeditor

Markdown is used for tickets rather than a WYSIWYG. While it has a higher learning curve compared to a WYSIWYG, many WYSIWYG's don't handle HTML well enough, and Markdown provides a sufficient alternative that is gaining in popularity. Poor WYSIWYG HTML support is the main reason we removed it from the Portal plugin. If you need more HTML support than Markdown provides, then I have to ask--what more exactly are you looking for? PauloV's Support Manager Pro has some nice features, and we will likely implement some of them natively in the future. The same could be said about other extensions that the community has improved upon. However, we don't copy/paste others' work. Instead, we add each feature independently after we've thought about and discussed the best way we think to do so. If you think the Support Manager included with Blesta is not up to par yet, then you might be interested in using some other 3rd-party support system, either PauloV's Pro version, or integrating an off-site ticket system.

1082 is a separate task. This is more related to 1248 (currently private) that would allow module default config options. Something that will be discussed.

have you tried admin tools plugins ? it has a solution for this bug .

so all are agreed with the EU INVOICING SYSTEM should be the next major release . what i can insist in it 2 thing : client info in the invoice row (to prevent edit invoice info). keep the proforma_id in the invoice row , for tracking and search .

Like ovh vps cloud . They bill you by hour just if the vps is ON . Why? Maybe marketing strategy !!!

Only if you are American. Paypal Europe does allow them. Not withstanding that charging a surcharge is usually more pain than it is worth. Keep in mind that you also have to collect sales tax over any extra charges likes this, and if the invoice was generated already (e.g. when it is a renewal invoice, and you didn't know the payment method when that was created), you may have to write out a separate second invoice just for the charges, as you are not allowed to change any existing invoice...

And i will continue to developpe for free new modules and plugins for blesta (lol ofcourse i will even if blesta devs dosent implemented yet but i will be more motivated if implemented now)

Hello Paul The biggest problems with blesta so far is: - EU Full compiled - Domain Managment All outher things are secundary because we can build new Plugins/Modules or ask a DEV to do it, like the "Newsletter Plugin" or the "Afilliate Plugin" etc.. all of us can live without it, we have 3rd party scripts for free that can coexist with Blesta, but we cant add EU Full compiled code or the new Domain functionality because it mess with core functions. (I hope Lisencecart dosent see this post lol, just joking Mike )

I am thinking about creating a bounty for a EU valid Blesta. I would pay 1100 dollars for fulfilling our needs. Maybe someone wants to join me. :-D

This request is a semilar to a old request i have made , it was simple as attach a module to another module to allow service be managed by two module, each one for a specific tab . my exemple at that time was cpanel for hosting, and add softwacolous for install apps . registrar module for domains, and add DNS management for other module . if blesta can make this is really a dream .

is better to clone the module and change it , because if you change the core module every upgrade you need to revert you changes and maybe you can't use the universal module for other use .

and add another filed in Invoive table to store client info as array .
