Agreed, we need to allow them time to reply. From earlier replies it seems they're quick to fix any issues. I'm just also glad someone else is having the same problem! Good point, hadn't even thought of that. Just a waiting game now

I had assumed I would need to switch packages, which isn't a problem (I'm purely in testing phase at the moment). Of course I won't be doing any of that until I can get the server added. My only worry about using an unofficial plugin is support being dropped, in which case I'd have to roll back to the default CPanel plugin. In any case, I look forward to testing once this issue is resolved. Also @Licensecart your site was a great resource when I shifted over to Blesta, lots of useful content.

If the default works then it's not that issue I mentioned as the default one should work like the extended, but you can't swap from blesta's to this you have to use new packages.

Also having the same problem as above - receiving error 'The connection data you provided is invalid'. Nothing in the logs about the module even trying to connect to the CPanel server, I'm also on a reseller account. Double and triple checked the credentials to no avail.

Yes you can but it depends what control panel you are reselling hosting for. Blesta has modules for InterWorx, Plesk, DirectAdmin & cPanel.

Hello, welcome to the community, there's no importer yet from BoxBilling and I tried but the tables are all over the place so gave up. As you've got ten customers it should be a blast to move over as it's just simple. 1) set up the modules needed, make the packages, and assign them groups. 2) create customers and then add the service (Untick use module) 3) change the renewal date (on the server click: Manage > renewal date) 4) set up the order forms 5) set up the crons and other bits you need on Blesta and you should be ready to go live.
