  1. I suspected this on some level but couldn't find the error until hours later. It was a syntax error inside php.ini with regard to mailparse. Everything works as expected for now Thanks all!

  2. That's a setting in WHM you can toggle on or off. It's under "password strength configuration" If you don't want to turn it off, you'll probably need to provide random passwords to your customers rather than letting them choose their own.

    Bounce Emails, What To Do

Probably because there is so much time between replies (10 minutes). You may have to sneak into that mailbox and delete the message before it gets imported into Blesta to kill the loop. I'd like to implement a blacklist that you can add domains and addresses to to ignore.

    Multicraft Addon

A dedicated IP address needs to be set as a configurable option for the service as described in the docs. The port to use is chosen by Multicraft, which can select ports incrementally from 25565 and up. The next update to the Multicraft module will allow you to set a port for dedicated IPs to force Multicraft to use them.

    Bounce Emails, What To Do

Blesta has some rate limiting built in, if you're using piping then it should not respond after, I believe the 5th email or so within a given period of time, which will kill the loop. Don't you love it when someone signs up with an email address that goes to their support system, and then opens tickets?

  6. Yes, you could have these packages in another normal package group, and assigned to the order form in the multi-select. The user will be able to see all packages from all package groups assigned and order as primary services. When the add one to cart, they should see an order more items option that will take them back to the overview listing all packages from all assigned groups. They can repeat this until they've added everything they want to their cart.
