You can change the price of a service for each user individually, modifying the service and overriding the price with the new price for that user in specific.

Around line 49 you will find the following line of code:
$this->Html->ifSet($vars->remember_me) == 'true', just replace it with:
true, I tried it in Blesta 4.1.0 and it works well.
