How Can I Test To Make Sure Cpanel Settings Are Good?
Michael replied to sunrisepro's question in Support
The any server is on the package page you made a screenshot for us to see. Server group Any then server name and then package. As for the username I believe clients and yourself can set them when making the service. -

The username for cPanel mustn't be a email but a random or basic 8 digits or less. And try using Any server group and the package. -

How Can I Test To Make Sure Cpanel Settings Are Good?
Michael replied to sunrisepro's question in Support
To debug this: - Check the logs: tools > logs > modules > cPanel > click the row. See if there are any errors? - How big was the username the module only accepts 8 digits long unless you do the edit. - What do the package have for the modules, etc (can you show us a screenshot)? -
How Can I Test To Make Sure Cpanel Settings Are Good?

It should work fine if the settings save on the module. -
It depends on who does the star rating, from what I know everyone prefers Webmin and others prefer CentOS Webpanel.

No I mean like: if( $tier === '2'){ $blesta = '8.00'; }else{ $blesta = '9.00'; } So if you are on tier 2 you get a discount instead of their other price and then as you grow the api selects other prices to charge you.
-
views could be anything from google to competitors it's replies and time.
-
I think they go by tiers they select the price for you via their API.

Nope I recommend you make it so they are logged in to download, and move the uploads from the public_html so the direct url doesn't work. People can't download it if they don't know the url and if they use the Blesta one they will hit a log in page.

Suggestion For New Payment Gateway - Paymentwall
Michael replied to Vyse Gonzo's topic in Feature Requests
Have you emailed them on devsupport@paymentwall.com to see if they will do i? It's faster if they do it otherwise it's will be done based on how many people need it. -
Hello Ken mate, That looks fine to me but there's two issues maybe: 1. Is the uploads folder url configured in the settings? Settings > System > Gerneral > Uploads (Make sure it's writeable). 2. never ever ever ever ever have it in the public_html, always have it outside. so /home/username/uploads/ 3. Is there a folder inside uploads called "1" and inside that a folder called "download_files"

See the post above you see if that is the reason? -
It should work I used it before that way, unless it randomly broke and here's the docs: http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Order+System#OrderSystem-LinkingtoanOrderFormtoIncludeaCoupon

InterWorx Lack of security, they would rather fix something in a monthly patch rather than fix it straight away.
-
Don't think so as we use that as our card processor.
-
I think that's a cron or server issue as I've not had any complaints and we use auto debit.
-
I thought they did already on new installations but it's coming in 3.5.0-b1 as CORE-1556.
-
Haha the guys never used to put it in a folder but people complained
-

Hello Jon mate, Yes I think you've got it but to be sure I understand let's say you bought the license and got Blesta 4.0. You have the support and updates included for a year, and therefore upgrade to 4.1, when the support and updates expire you think you are fine on 4.1, you patch up a few times to 4.1.3 and then 4.3 comes out and you want to upgrade to that because it has new features you want. You can then upgrade your support and updates on your license and then get another year from the date you upgraded. Then you can upgrade to 4.3 without reaching that error.
