  1. Don't think you can without editing the en_us folder and files.
  2. You tick a box on the order form to get it setup manually, or you use the tick box on the add service to use the module.
  3. I believe you uploaded the folder and use that code not en_us and anything not translated it will use the English.

  6. Maybe something is wrong on the coupon side. Like the bullet point you need is the right one "Apply when service is added or renews"
  7. But if you give them the direct link like I said they can just enter the coupon in on the right. then it adds it to their cart.
  8. You can if you get the link. Eg: My site uses that method, on the first product on the page I have (http://billing.licensecart.com/plugin/order/main/configure/blesta/?pricing_id=57&group_id=7) the pricing id is the monthly price package, they can change it at the cart but if you click it. It will automatically take you to configure it. To get the links simply go to order it on the tariff you want and save the link. Eg: on http://billing.licensecart.com/plugin/order/main/index/blesta click on select on a package you see the long link in the address bar.

  15. If you could re-do the steps and if you can get jing (Screen recorder from http://www.techsmith.com/jing.html) you can make a bug report in the correct form with the video and they can look into it.
  16. Can you check the module logs please: admin/tools/logs/module/ click a cPanel row (To find the one which didn't set it up) maybe there's a issue somewhere.

  18. Sounds like a feature request, we have asked for a random passsword and username for cPanel, not sure if it's got a core but they do know us guys in Beta was after it .

  20. Yes the bottom one, it will then show all the nameservers 1 and 2. or 1, 2, 3 and 4 or just one.
  21. Step 2 are for the cPanel service and step 4 is for your client account if your not logged in. I think that's what your on about.
  22. I've not experienced this yet, if you enter it and it is connected to the product your ordering it should work. I've had clients using promotions myself.
  23. There isn't an option I believe. I don't believe you can in the admin area or client area. You can't as a client, not yet it wasn't added by mistake. However they have the option as a admin. Go to the client > click manage under their services > cPanel options > password
  24. Did you set yourself up for emails? 1. Visit: /admin/settings/system/staff/editgroup/1/ check if Email BCC Notices section (tick all boxes). 2. Now go to: /admin/myinfo/notices/ Tick the boxes you wish to be alerted about.
  25. On the order form did you select Require Manual Review and Approval of All Orders by mistake?
