None of it is pro rated. I didn't actually generate the invoice because this total was wrong and I didn't want that sent to the client. I'll test it today with other packages and see what happens too. Thanks for the suggestion too.

I thought you were onto something there. I tried changing to 'year' and I still get the same error though. It's only on the admin screen when I attempt to manually add a service for a client. Front side works just fine when a customer checks out on their own.

I also modified the support tickets a little bit but nothing that should be causing this. I'll have to test a few other packages that use other modules and try to narrow it down.
