CORE-2355 and CORE-2212

I was curious if these are going to make it into 4.2? I see they are tagged for the beta. We've really been waiting for these 2 for quite some time now as CORE-2355 will be extremely useful for Modules including theSSLStore and I'm sure others and CORE-2212 is very useful as well.

No, I don't think those tasks will make it into v4.2.0 due to time constraints and task priority. We'll see what we can do at getting them into v4.3.0.
