I am using Domain and other for the order form which has hosting, someone did a test domain order on my site but since I cannot manual approve the domain order it went to reseller club for activation, luckily I do not have funds in the account. How do I manually approve domain orders since hosting is also included on the domain and other module.

How do I manually approve domain orders since hosting is also included on the domain and other module.
