Hi i have a owned blesta license with licensecart and later it was moved to blesta store on Sep 11, 2017 as per email from alex

I got email from blesta store on  Sep 21, 2017 and the license was their

Now when i try to recover the account no email coming

Even i open a ticket their is no confirmation on ticket created. 

Help me to recover the account and license ticket #9258737
