when i try active addon service there addon option not shown in drop down.

Addon services that should be available when purchasing a service must belong to a Package Group of the type Addon, which should be assigned to it's parent package group.

If you have created an addon, and it's not appearing, check that that's the case. Post screenshots if you aren't sure.
