Hello,

I'm not sure if I missed it but is there a way to send an email notification for both the client and our support email to receive notifications about due invoices?

Right now I think only the clients receive it.

Any admins can subscribe to a BCC email that a client receives. So, yes, you can receive late notices/reminders and invoice emails or whichever you want.

  1. Make sure your Staff Group allows access to BCC emails. Settings > System > Staff > Staff Groups: Edit
  2. While logged in as the right admin, go to "My Info" > Notices. Check the box next to all the emails you want to receive a copy of via BCC.
