filter options for client widget

Blesta has introduced the filter options for widgets in admin and client side, in client side the filter option design is a bit ugly maybe because is rendered inside a well or maybe because the input, maybe adding input-sm will make them nicely .

this is just a opinion .

the second one with input-sm is a more nice, it need onyl the button ot be also in small size and reduce the padding for the div to not have more space .
