Staff Titles On Tickets.

I was just thinking about changing staff titles and thought it would be cool if there was a feature to edit staff titles:

 

Eg:

Michael Dance - Chief Executive

Callum S.... - Director of Operations

 

Ones without a custom title get the default "Support Staff".

 

So on a ticket:

 

[Picture]

[Full Name]

[staff Title]or[support Staff]

[Purevoltage]

Yeah this would be a great feature and one I was going to post about the other day!
