Interworx Api Error

I am trying to link Blesta in with Interworx and am getting an error:

 

A connection to the server could not be established. Please check to ensure that the Hostname, Port Number, and Remote Key are correct.

 

Under the debug option, I get:

I am running Blesta 3.06 am an also getting an oddball artifact now in the error box and am not sure if this is because of the server migration I ran with Interworx from cPanel or something I might be missing:

You do not have Soap available on your server. You'll need to make sure libxml is installed with PHP configured to --enable-soap. See installation/requirements.

Anyone?  This is holding up a few transactions at the moment which I would prefer to be automatic. 

 

Curl SSL is enabled also.

I'm not sure, I get a error too, but not sure if it's because my install isn't set-up to be live. It's just the IP.

To further iterate on this, I have tried both the server IP and the live URL to see if this makes any difference and it didn't.
