Hello , 

Some time ago I had the same problem. 
Unfortunately I had to start from scratch with my configuration.
I have configured a support department but it can't create tickets. 
I checked that the information was good password and server. 
Everything seems to work on outlook for example but not on Blesta. 

I am currently using version 5.0.4 
Everything seems to be well configured for me
