 The promotion isn't added when a service is provisioned manually with coupon as a staff member. If you understand lol.

 

Go to make a service -> Add coupon on invoice -> save the service and the invoice doesn't have the promotion code attached.

 

 

OS: CloudLinux 6

When you go to add a service, set any service settings, and then go to the overview page (where you add a coupon), does the coupon you add appear as a discount amount under the subtotal/setup fee?

 

What are the coupon settings? Is it expired? Does it apply to this service? Is it inclusive and require it be applied to multiple services at once?

It does detect it on the overview page mate, and the coupon settings are set to expire on the 18th December, and allowed to be used 10 times, and only been used 4 times. It also is available for the package, only one package .
