Payment Notifications

Hi. Is there an option to enable administrative notifications after an invoice has been paid? I thought I saw this option somewhere, but unfortunately I cannot find it anymore.

 

I've looked through the email templates, and all the relevant ones have the "Enabled" button checked - however I suspect this is enabled for the customer, not necessarily the admin user.

You need to go to: settings > system > staff > staff groups > bottom tick all email notifications.

 

Then save. Go to my info and then click notices. Tick the ones you wish to get an alert for.
