Problem with choosing state/province Netherlands

Hi,

when you choose Netherlands as your country in the state/province list there are Aruba - Bonaire - Curacao - Saba - Sint Eustatius and Sint Maarten but they are no States or Province of the Netherlands, Please remove them of that list...

Currency's are also different in the Netherlands we use the euro in the named places not...
