Read Only for Required Client Fields

Is it possible to restrict clients to change "Required Client Fields" (First Name, Last Name, Company, Email) after registration? For Custom Fields this functionality I found - fields have the option "Read Only for Clients", but how to do this for "Required Client Fields"?
