Error After Updating To 3.1

Question

Posted

Hi

I am evaluating Blesta and so far it is looking good.

Today I updated from 3.0 to 3.1 by uploading the new version over the old one and then ran /admin/upgrade and all seemed to be OK. I then tried to reply to a ticket I had set up previously and got the following error:

SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'support_departments.override_from_email' in 'field list' on line 124 in /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/lib/model.php

Printing Stack Trace:
#0 /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/lib/model.php(124): PDOStatement->execute(Array)
#1 /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/components/record/record.php(655): Model->query('SELECT `support...', Array)
#2 /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/plugins/support_manager/models/support_manager_tickets.php(853): Record->fetch()
#3 /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/plugins/support_manager/controllers/admin_tickets.php(307): SupportManagerTickets->sendEmail('5', Array)
#4 /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/lib/dispatcher.php(111): AdminTickets->reply()
#5 /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/index.php(21): Dispatcher::dispatch('/admin/plugin/s...')
#6 {main}

Also I noticed that the install.php was still in the root folder after updating, is this correct?

Thanks

Trevor

Did you go to Settings > Company Settings > Plugins, and make sure the Support Manager plugin is the current version? If you see an upgrade button there, click it.

install.php is safe to leave generally, but you may delete it if you like.

No I didn't realise I had to do that! I have upgraded all the plugins and have run the 3.1 upgrade again and the problem has been resolved thanks.
However when I click on the Upgrade button for the 'Billing at a glance' plugin I get the following. . .

SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '1-1-revenue_year' for key 'PRIMARY' on line 124 in /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/lib/model.php

Un-install it and re-install it. Should fix it.
