Coupon Redemption Problem

Hi,

I bought a PixelHost WordPress Hosting: Lifetime Subscription (Managed Plan) on the MacHeist Store. I'm trying to redeem my purchase but can't.

I've been to the old and new Pixelhost sites and can't find a way to redeem it.

Any help would be much appreciated.
