Encrypt Support Department Email Passwords

Currently (as of 3.1.1) te support manager plugin doesn't encrypt email passwords.  If you look in the support_departments table, the passwords are in plaintext.  This confuses me since the user passwords are hashed.  While I know you can't reverse a hash to get the message, you can still encrypt the passwords using systemEncrypt and get the message via systemDecrypt.
