Enable/disable/required Option On Client Fields

Hello,

 

A feature that is present on all systems is to be able to Enable, Disable, Required Option on Client Fields. For exemple we dont need some fileds, and whant to disable from client registration/area/admin client view.

This belongs to CORE-547 and is tentatively scheduled for 3.2. It's not complete yet, and is not guaranteed to be in this release.. but because it's client related, and the theme for 3.2 is "client area" I'd like to see it.
