I think Blesta needs some type of auto refresh for the Support Ticket Section.

 

As its a good way to see if a client has responded to a ticket. Instead of having to constantly refresh the tickets page.

The support manager is already built in auto refresh :)

Open support manager and send an email or open a ticket :) you will see in 3 seconds the ticket :)

You can edit the support manager pdt file and raise the time refresh but 3 seconds is very good for default and i think you will not need to adjust :)
