order form -> standard template -> product not adding to cart after step 1

Using : blesta 5.8.1

Php : 7.4/8.1 have the same issue

Issue with : order form -> standard template

Issue details :

1. Start with empty cart

2. After step 1 'add to cart' button, the product is not added to cart in step 2. Hence we cant enter promo code(if entered shows cart is empty)

3. The product will be added to cart in step 3 and shown correctly. But, the cart dont have a way to enter promo code! We have to go back to step 2 if we need to enter promo code and then again come back to step 3

There is no issue with all other order forum templates. But, the issue exists only in standard template
