I am looking for a programmer for CECA payment module, Spanish banking system

Hello,

I am considering switching to Blesta and I need a programmer to create a payment gateway with my bank. The bank uses Spain's CECA system. A module for the other spanish system called REDSYS would also be useful, I would have to look for another bank but it would be an option.

Any module that can make this or if not, how much it could cost to do it?
