CentOS Posted May 21, 2014 Report Posted May 21, 2014 When using Stardevelop with WHMCS you have the option to be able to authenticate clients by them logging into their account. You also have the option to be able to have chat transcripts logged into WHMCS as a support ticket under the clients account. My question is, where can I find the API for Blesta to be able to implement this into the live chat software that I use.
Michael Posted May 21, 2014 Report Posted May 21, 2014 Never knew you could do that on Stardevelop live chat, and there is a plugin you can use which is called the Shared Login. You can use that.
