SATA Posted June 1, 2014 Report Posted June 1, 2014 Id like to prefill some of the ticket form fields such as the e-mail and the summary field. How do I do this via a link? I tried blesta.com/client/plugin/support_manager/client_tickets/add/3/?email=myemail@blwh.com and it didn't work.
