I went to view the mail log for a client, and I see there are no spaces? It shows line breaks, but all of the words are jumbled together.

Example URL: /blesta/admin/clients/emails/1/

Please see attached.

On that note, I logged in to phpMyAdmin and the data in the database is correct.

The log entries have spaces and everything as expected.

It's only when viewing the logs in Blesta that it looks odd.

Blesta Version 3.2.0

PHP 5.4.25

MySQL 5.5.31

Same as me :s weird how yours isn't using spaces.

The mail log shows the text version of the email, and will convert the HTML version of the email to text otherwise. I don't experience this issue either way, but you may want to check that your text version is correct if you haven't already.

If you have custom styles like

word-spacing:-3px;

then that could lead to the appearance of no spaces.

I opened up Firefox to see if I got a different result.

Upon further inspection:

I do see that the emails that I specifically clicked the Email Client link show up normal in the logs. It's only the automated emails that appear like this.

Also when viewing the page source, it shows the words jumbled together just like shown... Wehavereceivedyourrequestandsomeonewillbelookingatitshortly.

I looked at ours for automated emails and again don't see anything like that mate :S which is confusing. I wonder if it's a Firefox issue?

Are you still having this issue, and if so, can you provide any additional information on how we may be able to duplicate it?
