Human Verification - Areyouhuman Not Working

Make sure that "human verification" is checked on the order form. This could be easily overlooked if you first created the order form and then added the "Are You Human" feature days or weeks latter.

This must be done to each order form that you want the "areyouhuman" "human verification" feature to work.
