Hi

I registered on the Blesta website and bought a license for a month. It tells me "The license is not valid" I can no longer log in to my account, on the main site with valid Blesta credentials. and the password change email never arrives. I tried to contact them but they don't respond. Please help, I have to retrieve some information for old installation and then I leave.

But what kind of site doesn't send emails to reset the password when the email is correct?

Your account was closed due to repeated abuse, which is why you could not receive a password reset email.
