Make sure it is enabled on the order form itself. Packages > Order Forms: Edit. Also make sure Human Verification is configured correctly under Settings > Company > General: Human Verification. image.png

Thanks Paul.

 

I already had them enabled on both form and settings. I think it's the GD extension that the Internal Captcha requires. Where do I get that?
