Hi all

 

When a client opens a new support ticket, the system emails them back but is Cc an other client email address to there's. Its a different email each times. This happens when the system send the "We have received your ticket"

 

Any ideas?

I'm not sure what the issue is either. I would need to know more info about the problem to help you figure it out. But the way emails are sent, the client receives the email, and any of their contacts that have replied to the ticket are also CC'd.
