Support Departments Not Staying When Entered

When I attempt to create a new support department, I enter all required information, and click create department. It returns me to the create a department page, and when I go back to see if the department is there, it's not. No matter what I put in the fields, it just doesn't create the department. Any ideas?

Nope, just one staff account. That I was able to create.

So you've not imported over from another system and just have yourself. and you've created the department and it just refreshes itself.

 

Are you using CloudFlare?

No I haven't done an import yet. I don't want to copy over alot of the data we have from WHMCS. Yes, we are using Cloudflare.

Sounds like a CloudFlare issue, can you log in and check for "RocketLoader" can you disable it and clear your cache.

Clear browser cache if you use chrome inspect element it, and see if there's any <script type="rocket..."> ensure there's none. Because that doesn't play nice with JS.

Ok, cleared cache, and inspected elements. I am not seeing anything rocket mentioned. I tried it in IE just to see, with a fresh cleared cache, and it does it there as well.

Have you installed any plugins besides the Support Manager, and which support manager are you using Default or Pro?

No, although others were active after installation such as ordering, billing at a glance, etc. The support manager appears to be default.

Have you tried re-uploading the files? Because it sounds like something is missing or a server issue. One of my clients found out it was their host which caused a issue before.

That's funny you say that. I was holding off on blaming the host, but I checked our old WHMCS installation. It seems there is a similar bug that wasn't there. Time to move hosts. Thanks for the help!
