Alk Posted February 20, 2015 Report Posted February 20, 2015 This is difficult to explain, so I have a screenshot: When you look at your list of tickets in Support Manager, the rows are all different colours, such as Blue, Grey, White. I cannot determine what the row colours are based on though? Could anyone tell me please? Thanks!
0 Tyson Posted February 21, 2015 Report Posted February 21, 2015 Gray is the normal highlighting for every other row in tables. So first row is white, second is gray, third is white, fourth gray, etc. So really, the only color that means anything is blue, as Licensecart mentioned. Michael 1
0 Michael Posted February 20, 2015 Report Posted February 20, 2015 Blue = Assigned to you. White = Not assigned to you. Grey = Hover
