How To Make All Groups Show Up Under The Shop

Okay lets say I have 

 

Shared Hosting

SSL's

Domain registration

 

How can I make it so that I can see all the groups...

 

Example

 

I click on the shop  I would see 

 

All the groups at the top so I can select what one I want to browser or select

You can put all the groups on one order form and you can see the options or you can use the list order form with that, or you can make extra portal options to link to the order form (most people do it this way).
