How To Handle Hosting With Domain Quantity Limits?

I want to offer hosting that limits the number of domains to 3. I know how to do that in WHM. What's the best way to handle it if a customer wants more? Make different cpanel packages with increasing numbers of allowed domains?

You can do that or use the TastycPanel from ModulesBakery.com which allows you set the limit on blesta with config options.

As I remember cPanel Reloaded module has also this option and you can control also other limits like ftp accounts,e-mail accounts...etc
