No Logo In Sent Invoices

Hey Blesta Dudes,

 

Having an issue and this started happening recently when i created a group to use to send invoices to our clients (not linked to interworx)

 

When the customer receives the email they don't see the logo in the invoices which is weird.

i did a file save as web in photoshop that didn't work, but when i took a screenshot and uploaded that worked

Is the uploads folder there with 777?

 

Settings > System > General

Do you have the GD library available to PHP?

Also, if you're using a PNG image, depending on how it was saved it may be a problem. If you're exporting from Photoshop, use File > Save for web.

@Mike - my permissions are drwxrwxrwx  3 icadmin icadmin     4096 Apr 30 11:22 uploads

dir: /home/inode/inodecloud.com/html/manage/uploads and is showing as writable in Settings > System > General

 

@Tyson - Package matching php-gd-5.3.3-40.el6_6.x86_64 already installed.

 

@Paul - i tried both jpg and png both didnt work.

Well that's interesting. Can you tell what the difference is? Also, was it a jpg or png?

It looks to be the photoshop export for jpg and png, but when i did a screenshot (macbook pro) it saved it as a .png and i uploaded that and worked.

thank you michael this solved my problem:

 

i created the upload folder /var/www/blesta/uploads and then chown 33:33 then chmod 777

 

everything is working as expected now : )
