New Install & Locked Out Of Admin Panel

Hello

 

I just installed blesta on a reseller account, spent over 2 hours to prepare everything, from email to packages and so on.

Went for a snack and when i got back i was unable to login to Admin Side.

 

Tried a password reset, but no mail. mailbox was set to gmail.

checked the phpmyadmin Db and i can see my user in users table with supervisor name and hash pass.

 

Any ideea why this occurs?

 

i requested a reissue of license from my provider to start all over.

Try: https://licensecart.com/billing/plugin/support_manager/knowledgebase/view/4/help-i-m-locked-out/1/ to re-set your password it could be anything from accidentally adding something else to the password by mistake or a server issue.
