Changing Package Name

When a client gets their welcome mail the package name shows with my cpanel account name like domain_Bronze Plan

 

How can I get it to show only the plan name and not with my account name.

Are you using {service.package_name} or something you should use {package.package} or something like that

Thanks all, I am using {package.package} am I supposed to use {service.package_name}

 

As {package.package} shows my account name and then the package name.

I am getting so many errors I am thinking of doing a new install but do not want to lose any client information, can you suggest the best way to do a clean install without losing any information?

You can't as the database will be the same... if you want to keep the client information, so that means all plugins / modules will be the same. Your best just re-uploading all the files again minus the blesta.php

I re-uploaded everything, I am hoping this fixes things. Maybe something got screwed with the patching files.
