No Emails For New Signups And Invoices, Need Help

Hi, i need urgent help, i had installed blesta trial and everything is set properly, the only issue i am having is, when a client signup for a product then he receives the invoice but i am not getting any emails regarding anything signup or invoice created. 

I had already did this:  settings > system > staff > staff groups > 1 
and ticked all in Email BCC Notices, then in My INfo link under Notices also i had checked all boxes, but still not getting any emails.
One more issue is i had enable offline payment mode but its not showing under any order during signup. please help soon. thanks
