Added CORE-1755 to look into this task.

 

  • Reporting: How can staff tell when they're losing money on a particular service (e.g. .com domain orders for $5, now costs $8 to resell, is a loss of $3)?

 

How can people tell if they are losing money  -now- ? As far as I am aware, Blesta does not have a "Cost" tracking data field per service as it is... ?

If Cost tracking is implemented, it should also have the ability to be overridden from whatever is set as the default in the package, when a service is added to a customers account.

There may be circumstances that causes cost to be higher for certain customers or certain service additions (where previous services and future services may not have a higher cost, on the same customer account)
