Hello,

 

There seem to be a problem with service upgrade for kvm packages, SolusVM module.

 

This is the scenario,

1. Package renewed a couple of days back. Next renew is 09/20.

2. Client just requested upgrade, invoice paid and approved/applied.

3. This is what I get under "manage" service 

This service has pending changes. Updating this service to upgrade or downgrade any of its values will cause the current pending changes to be canceled.

4. Cron job ran automatically and manually w/o successfully upgrading.

5. Only i user group

 

May I know what can be done?

What version of Blesta and the SolusVM module are you using? In v3.5.1 of Blesta, a bug was fixed that addressed an issue with service upgrades not processing because a setting was not being observed. If this bug is what you're experiencing, you can either enable the company setting "Queue Service Changes Until Paid" under [settings] -> [billing/Payment] -> [invoice and Charge Options], or you can upgrade to v3.5.1+. Afterward, the pending service changes should be performed via cron.

 

If that doesn't solve it, there is something else going on, such as an error being encountered when Blesta tries to provision the service changes.

Where can I find errors? Module provision is okay.

 

So you need to upgrade to 3.5.2
