Strange Graphical Artifacts On Update Package Screen

I have this issue on the Update Package screen, where it appears that the page is trying to load components of a different colour scheme/theme perhaps? These appear sporadically and flash on the screen for a few moments. No other web pages are affected by this as far as I can see. Please see attached image.

 

Any thoughts?

That's interesting. There's no other theme that looks remotely like that. If I opened photoshop and applied a filter I'm pretty sure I could emulate that affect. My guess is that it's your browser wigging out.

Never fronted this , can be related to monitor or windows shema color .

Yes, the colors are inverted. Have you tried a different browser?
