Mail Not Sending On Client Account Creation

I have installed Blesta for client management. Which is here: http://www.uitsbd.net

 

But the problem is when I created a client the email doesn't sent to the client email address. Also, when I added services to that client it doesn't sent any emails to the client email. But from the Tools Logs it is showing all the email sent. Is there anything missing on mail settings? Can you help me on that?

 

Actually, our main 2 email for the hosting service is support@uitsbd.com and sales@uitsbd.com. But the hosting cPanel configured using the domain uitsbd.net. All the administrative support, account creation and service email will be from the email: support@uitsbd.com. Invoice, sending reminder will be from the email: sales@uitsbd.com.

 

I should configure the mail setting method SMTP which I found on Blesta. See the attached screenshot. What would be the SMTP Security, SMTP Host, SMTP Port, SMTP User, SMTP Password? Let me know. Thanks!

Thanks for your reply. Our SMTP server in not in cPanel. The cPanel is under the domain name uitsbd.net. But the email I want to use sales@uitsbd.com which is configured from another host. I want to use the email address sales@uitsbd.com. The email we are using is Google Mail apps.

 

I tried using your info, But still says "The email failed to send due to a configuration issue.". Can you suggest me the solution please?

do you used what google app given you for port, authentication, etc?

 

have you set, txt dns record as google asked you to create?

Ok, it's not working under the domain uitsbd.net. I have installed under another domain name uitsbd.com

 

I can sent emails installed under the domain name uitsbd.com. But, now I can't install module for Reseller hosting cPanel under blesta.

 

Please remember the Blesta installed under the domain name uitsbd.com But the for Reseller Hosting cPanel the domain name is uitsbd.net. When I tried to install cPanel on Blesta it is showing error. Please see the attached screenshot with error. Let me know what will be the host name. Thanks!

Try the IP address, hostnames are always something.something.com not domain.com

The Blesta is installed under the domain name: uitsbd.com which is http://uitsbd.com/portal/admin

 

I have created DNS A Record for under the uitsbd.com host which is

 

Type: A

Name: cpanel1.uitsbd.com

IP: 209.188.24.224

 

Ok, now....

 

But the domain name for Re-seller package is uitsbd.net which name server is

 

Name Server 01: ns1.uitsbd.net

Name Server 02: ns2.uitsbd.net

 

I want to add the module cPanel of uitsbd.net for my Re-seller hosting plans to manage customers from Blesta. When I am going to add cPanel server from Settings > Company > Module > Add a cPanel Server the host name goes wrong. I know the user name and remote access key and perfectly placed.

 

There must be wrong with the host name. I have already tried using IP: 209.188.24.224 for host name. But it's not working. Can you suggest me what I should do? Let me know. Thanks!

I could not able to figure it out. Host name: rs48.whbdns.com is not working. If I send you cPanel and Blesta account access can you help me out from this?
