How To Change Renewal Date?

Hello,

 

I'm trying to change renewal date of a product, but there's no option to edit?

 

 

Also, I would like to know if it's possible to change plans for a customer? Let's say a customer ordered Plan 1 and decided to upgrade to Plan 2 later, how would this be done?

As nelsa mentioned, go back to the page where you got the service information from your screenshot. Below that is an Actions heading with a drop-down selector. Choose "Change Renew Date".

I'm trying to do the same, just had to manually enter clients, since the Import from Clientexec didn't work.

My poor Ctrl, C & V keys might cause me to replace my keyboard. lol

 

Using Blesta 5.10.0

Is there a way to change the Created Date?
