Allow Multiple Types For Universal Module Options

Quick feature request. Basically I have an "Additional IPs" service option. I want it to be both a textbox and hidden. The 2 don't contradict each other, but setting it so doesn't seem possible.

What is the purpose of having two fields? You would need to give each field a different "Name" in the Universal Module.
