Numbers After The Decimal Point

How I can change the quantity of numbers after the decimal point in tax?, for some reason I set 19% and appears 19,0000%

Well in my case it shows 19% as 19.0000%(with dot) but it is same value, and blesta calculate it corectly like 19%...I supose if you want change it you'll have to change value of round funcion or number format funcion(depend which one is used) directly in file because I didn't sow there is option to do it in Blesta.

There is no setting to adjust the number of decimal places shown for taxes. We will be updating them to only show the most significant digits, so your example would appear is "19%" rather than "19,0000%" once CORE-1483 is complete.
